Software License Agreement

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with the terms of this Agreement and payment of the applicable license fees, PRAVEENDATA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run the licensed software (Expert Advisor or Technical Indicator) on a maximum of two (2) MetaTrader 5 (MT5) terminals owned or leased by you.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

  • License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, or otherwise commercially exploit the software.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decrypt, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying algorithms of the software (.ex5 binary).
  • Modify, adapt, improve, or create derivative works from the software.
  • Bypass, modify, or defeat any security or licensing mechanisms built into the software.

3. Intellectual Property

The software, including all copyrights, patents, trade secrets, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights, is and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of PRAVEENDATA.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, PRAVEENDATA expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. Term & Termination

This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or PRAVEENDATA.

PRAVEENDATA may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice. This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from PRAVEENDATA, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and delete all copies from your terminals.

6. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
